José Antonio Soler Berná

José Antonio is a licensed Spanish lawyer, registered at the Orihuela Bar Association with registry number 1.377, graduated in University Cardenal Herrera C.E.U. San Pablo, Elche (Alicante), specialized in urban development and real estate law, fiscal law and bancrupcy management.

As an independent lawyer specializes in real estate law, he has created his own law firm SOLBER REAL ESTATE S.L., skilled in residential tourism sector in Costa Blanca area and in fiscal and legal representation of non-resident clients in Spain.

He has broadened his training completing many post-graduate courses, including:

Urban Planning Master and Real estate Management at the Murcia University Business School, Murcia 2002/2003.

Two years of legal practice at the Elche College of Lawyer, 2009.
